Eight days
I just want you all to know that I got some push up bars for Christmas and I've been using them a few times a week. Yesterday I looked in the mirror and noticed that my arms seemed ever so slightly bigger than they use to be.

I never broke that habit... it's been with me for 14 years now.

I'm glad I'm working out also, otherwise you'd probably kick my ass!
I've got a pair of those push-up bars too, maybe I'll start using mine too.
